Three practices, one standard: honest feedback and a plan you can act on.

Executive coaching

Leadership gets harder as the scope gets bigger. This coaching is for directors, VPs, and program leaders who are carrying a larger team, a transformation, or a portfolio and want a sharper way to lead it.

What we work on

  • Turning strategy into delivery your team can execute
  • Decision-making under pressure and with incomplete information
  • Communicating up to executives and out to cross-functional partners
  • Building a team that performs and stays together
  • Operating rhythm: governance, metrics, and accountability that people respect

Who it is for

Leaders in healthcare, government, technology, and operations who want a coach with real program and PMO experience, not a script.

Coaching is grounded in Hudson Institute Core Coaching training and more than a decade of leading large programs.

Mental performance coaching

Talent gets you to the game. Mental skills decide how you play when the pressure is on. Using Mental Performance Mastery training, we build the habits that make good performance repeatable.

What we work on

  • Focus and attention: staying in the next pitch, the next decision, the next conversation
  • Composure after mistakes and in high-stakes moments
  • Pre-performance and in-game routines
  • Confidence built on preparation, not hype
  • Self-talk and mindset habits that last

Who it is for

Athletes and coaches, and professionals who perform in front of people and want to do it better.

Baseball and catching coaching

Never the same pitch three times to a good hitter.

The catcher runs the game. That takes skills most players never get taught well: how to receive, how to block, how to call a game, and how to think a step ahead of the hitter. I caught at Ohio Valley University from 2004 to 2007 and was part of a WVIAC championship team. I coach high school and middle school baseball today.

What we work on

  • Receiving, framing, blocking, and footwork
  • Game calling and pitch sequencing: after a called strike, back to the same spot with the fastball; after a swinging strike, the fastball on the other side or an aggressive off-speed pitch
  • Leading a pitching staff and running the defense
  • Scouting and preparing for hitters
  • The mental side of the position

Who it is for

Catchers, pitchers, and middle school, high school, and travel players across Southeast Ohio and West Virginia who want to play the game at a higher level.

Baseball lessons are booked through 304 Hitting Company.
